Carol Willis

Delana Carol Willis, 60, of Smithdale, Mississippi died on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at Field Memorial Community Hospital in Centreville, Mississippi.

Born Wednesday, February 15, 1961 in Mc Kenzie, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Carnell Hardy and the late Brenda Fay Williamson  Hardy. Carol's greatest joy was the time that she spent caring for her family. She was an exceptional home cook/cornbread maker who loved the outdoors and adored her children, grandchildren and grand-dogs.

Private family graveside services will be held at a later date.

She is survived by one son, Blake Willis of Atoka, Tennessee; two daughters, Dr. Merissa Wenzler (Robby) of White House, Tennessee and Dr. Jessica Willis-Seiber (James) of Smithdale, Mississippi; three sisters, Sheilah Dorsett (Doug), Karen Copous (Kenneth) and Kathy Slayton (Steve) and she was "Grandmommy" to her three grandchildren, Grant Wenzler, Grayson Wenzler and Miles Willis.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Connie McCaslin.
