Burnice Wayne Mancell, 70, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Sunday, December 27, 2020, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Born Tuesday, December 12, 1950 in Chic, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Burnice M. Mancell and the late Ethel Lorraine Moore Mancell. He was a retired truck driver for UPS Freight, member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
Graveside services for Mr. Mancell will be held 11:30 AM on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Dyer County Memorial Gardens. Officiating this service is Bro. Gary Durham. Friends are asked to gather at the cemetery.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Patsy Hickman Mancell of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one son, Jeffrey Farrow (Natalie) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two brothers, David Mancell (Nancy) of Hernando, Mississippi and Jimmy Mancell (Lilo) of Buchanan, Tennessee; five grandchildren, Heather Deak (Joe) of Rogersville, Alabama, Brittany Patterson (Eric) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Leea Shea Farrow of Newbern, Tennessee, Daniel "Beau" Farrow of Morton, Illinois and Trent Miller of Dyersburg, Tennessee and four great-grandchildren, Braxton Farrow, Landon Patterson, Atticus "A. J." Deak and Liam Patterson.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Tim Farrow; two sisters, Marie Allen and Betty Grant and one brother Hoppy Mancell.
Honoring Mr. Mancell as pallbearers will be Randy McLean, Mike Thedford, Joe Deak, Eric Patterson, Paul Thomas "P. T." Newman and Chris Bivens.
