Bobbie Ruth "Ruthie" Ragan

Bobbie Ruth "Ruthie" Ragan, 73, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Tuesday, September 28, 1948 in Calhoun County, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Tommy Cleveland Hughes and the late Sudie Olean Holloway  Hughes. She was a former employee of Sylvania and S & R.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ragan will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 3, 2022 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Rev. Tommy Roper.  Interment will follow in RoEllen Cemetery in RoEllen, Tennessee. Visitation for Mrs. Ragan will be held on Monday from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

She is survived by one brother, Douglas Hughes (Brenda) of Fowlkes, Tennessee and one sister, Peggy Harris (Tom) of Sharon, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Ragan; two brothers, Terry Hughes and Tommy Hughes and two sisters, Mary Simpson and Annie Sue Englehardt.
