Billy Ray McCorkle Obituary

Billy Ray McCorkle, 79, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Saturday, October 3, 1942 in Dyersburg, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Coy McCorkle and the late May Duncan McCorkle. Mr. McCorkle was a farmer.

Cremation services for Mr. McCorkle are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

Mr. McCorkle is survived by a host of nephews and nieces.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty McCorkle, two sisters, Delia Mae Haynes and Marie Owens and six brothers, Marvin McCorkle, Paulus McCorkle, James McCorkle, Woodrow McCorkle, Frank McCorkle and Monroe McCorkle.
