Billy G. Burch

Billy G. Burch, 90, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, died on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at his residence in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Monday, November 21, 1932, he was the son of the late Buford Glenn Burch and the late Eva Bryan Burch. Mr. Burch was a retired engineer with Heckethorn Manufacturing, and he proudly served his country in the United States Navy.

Cremation services for Mr. Burch are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home and a private family service will be held at a later date.

He leaves to cherish his memory, three sons, Bryan Burch of Tracy, California, Larry Burch (Sara) of Russellville, Alabama and Patrick Burch (Sarah) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one daughter, Susan Rothfuss of Lexington, Kentucky; eight grandchildren, Harrison Burch, Lauren Burch, Tanzania Burch, Mindy Riffle, Erin Menninger, Chris Link, Christina Link, and Terry Burch; one great grandchild, Dakota Riffle.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sharon Williamson Burch.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Dyer County Humane Society, P.O. Box 223, Dyersburg, Tennessee 38024.
