Betty Joyce Kemmerling

Betty Joyce Kemmerling, 73, of Newbern, Tennessee died on Friday, November 25, 2022, at AHC of Dyersburg in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Sunday, May 15, 1949, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late James Alvin Owens and the late Lillie Lucille Branscum Dunigan. Ms. Kemmerling was a retired employee of Colonial Rubber, where she worked for twenty-two years.

Memorial graveside services for Ms. Kemmerling will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, December 1,2022 at Fairview Cemetery in Newbern, Tennessee. Friends and family are asked to gather at the cemetery.

She leaves to cherish her memory, one son, A. J. Taylor of Newbern, Tennessee: three sisters, Margaret Ellen Gwaltney of Halls, Tennessee, Sharon Nelson of Dyersburg, Tennessee, and Letha Martin of Louisiana and two brothers, David Dunigan of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Kenny Dunigan of Dyersburg, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Robert Harold Taylor and three sisters, Mary Helen Tate, Jeniece Stanfield, and Janette Sawyer.
