Bennie Guy Adams

Bennie Guy Adams, 67, of Trimble, Tennessee died on Sunday, December 27, 2020, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Wednesday, July 1, 1953 in Dyersburg, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Bennie "Boots" Adams and the late Nona Bailey  Adams. Mr. Adams was a retired employee of Dyersburg Fabrics, Huish, Riverboat employee and Correctional Officer for the Dyer County's Sheriff's Office.

Cremation services for Mr. Adams are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. As many of you know, Mr. Adams lost his wife, Barbara Gail Adams on December 9, 2020. Due to the current pandemic conditions and the family's concern for the health and well being of others no services for Mr. and Mrs. Adams will be scheduled at this time.  The children ask that you please share a memory of their parents on our website or their Facebook pages.  These messages will serve as a source of comfort for them.

He leaves to cherish his memory, four daughters, Leigh Adams Ray (Jason)  of Newbern, Tennessee, Ashley Adams (Jonathan) of Trimble, Tennessee, Elizabeth Harrison of Dyersburg, Tennessee and  Heather Walker (Cody) of Newbern, Tennessee; ten grandchildren, Jeffrey Nebel, Katie Nebel, Garret Walker (Ashton), Peyton Walker, Caden Hardy, Emma Tyler Hardy, Anna Ray, Luke Ray, Gavin Rome Adams and Maximus Everson Adams and one niece Tisha Walker(Heath) of Dyersburg, Tennessee

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Gail Adams and one sister, Lisa Jo Adams.
