Alberta Clarenda "Clara" Lawson

Alberta Clarenda "Clara" Lawson , 59, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Friday, June 5, 2020, at her residence in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Sunday, September 4, 1960 in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late August Buwalda and the late Flossie Dell Robertson Buwalda. Mrs. Lawson was affectionally called "Nanna" by her family.

Visitation for Ms. Lawson will be held from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Danny Haycraft of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one son, Patrick Harden (Katelyn) of Newbern, Tennessee; four daughters, Jenny Buwalda (Mark) of Jackson, Tennessee, Patricia Millican (Rick) of Southaven, Mississippi, Jerona Puckett (Jason) of Tigrett, Tennessee and Lori Jo Helm (Brent) of Burilison, Tennessee; one sister, Virginia Newman of Dyersburg, Tennessee; fifteen grandchildren and seven great-grand children.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Ferris Newman and one sister, Brenda Carpenter.
