William Stanley "Bill" Fugate , 68, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Thursday, August 15, 2019, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Sunday, January 7, 1951 in Clemons, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Joshua Fugate and the late Mae Fugate. Mr. Fugate was a retired truck driver.

Cremation services for Mr. Fugate are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Fugate of Friendship, Tennessee; two sons, Danny Fugate of Indiana and Jimmy Fugate of Fort Wayne, Indiana; two daughters, Robin Cottrell of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Rachel Eaves (Steve) of Friendship, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Caitlin Climer, Haley Climer, Amber Fugate and Josh Fugate; a niece, Bobbie Tidwell of Dyersburg, Tennessee and great-nephew, Preston Wright of Dyersburg, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Billy Fugate; two sisters, Wilma Jean Walton and Alma D. Neace and one brother, Jack Fugate, Jr.
