William Paul Nale

William Paul Nale, 78, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Friday, May 31, 2019, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.

Born Saturday, December 7, 1940 in Miston, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Raymond Nale and the late Alice McClean Nale. Mr. Nale was a retired EMT/Shift manager for the Parkview Ambulance Service, farmer, former employee of Homestead and was an employee of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. He was a member of Trimble United Methodist Church.

Funeral services for Mr. Nale will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, June 3, 2019 at the Trimble United Methodist Church in Trimble, Tennessee. Officiating this service will be Rev. Marti Bunch, Rev. Ronnie Turner and Mr. Patrick Williams. Interment will follow in Dyer County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday, June 2, 2019 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home and on Monday from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Trimble United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy Donnell Nale of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one son, Mike Nale (Mary Beth) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one daughter, Jill Jackson (Jeff) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one step-daughter, Tammy Donaldson (Greg) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; three brothers, Lesley "Brown" Nale of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Albert Nale and John Nale both of Miston, Tennessee; two, sisters, Margaret Farrow of Bogota, Tennessee and Mary Jane Baker of Miston, Tennessee; one grandson, J. P. Mabry (Rachel); five step-grandsons, Lance Corporal Bryce Smith, Gunnar Snider, Alec Jackson, Chris Jackson and Nick Jackson; one step-grand-daughter, Amber Ford (Adam) and one great-granddaughter, Emma Grace Mabry.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Wesley "Blue" Nale and Walter Nale and one niece, Apprel Tate.

Pallbearers will be Bruce Pope, Bryan Pope, Robert Pope, Elvis Sturdivant, J. P. Mabry, Matt Nale, Lance Corporal Bryce Smith and Greg Donaldson. Honorary pallbearers will be, Ray Burton Gunnar Snider, Alec Jackson, Chris Jackson and Nick Jackson.
