Sarah Frances Powell

Sarah Frances Powell, 87, of Nebo, Tennessee  died on Thursday, February 1, 2018, at Dyer Nursing Home.
Born Monday, July 28, 1930, in Unionville, Tennessee.  She was the daughter of   the late Raleigh William Smith and the late Beulah Faye Bucie Smith. She was a loving home-maker , care-giver and member of the Nebo Church of Christ.
Funeral services for Mrs. Powell will be 2:00 PM Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Nebo Church of Christ in Nebo, Tennessee with Bro. F. T. Patton and Mr. Harry Jetton officiating. Interment will follow in Cool Springs Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 4:00 PM until 7:00PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
She is survived by one son, William Powell (Tammy) of Newbern, Tennessee; one daughter, Elaine Hensley (Garry) of Humboldt, Tennessee; one sister, Martha Land (Johnny)  of Ripley, Tennessee; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. 
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Turner Powell; one grand-daughter, Sarah Crystal Hensley; four sisters, Lucille Smith, Betty Jane Smith, Pauline Parrish and Opal Hooper and five brothers, James William Smith, R. W. Smith, Gerry Wayne Smith, Roy Milton Smith and Raleigh Junior Smith
Pallbearers will be William Powell, Gerry Hensley, Tim Powell, Michael Powell, Matthew Powell, Mark Powell, Garry Hensley and Daniel Hensley.
