Pansey Arlene Cox, 98 of Dyersburg, Tennessee, formerly of Patoka, Illinois died on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Born Saturday, November 29, 1919 in Patoka, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Wm. Lawrence Perrine and the late Bessie Adelia Gerrish Perrine.
Mrs. Cox was a member of the First Christian Church in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Funeral services for Mrs. Cox will be 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 24, 2018 in the Chapel of Day Macz Funeral Home in Patoka, Illinois. Officiating this service will be Rev. Kendall Bopp. Interment will follow in Harrison Cemetery in Patoka, Illinois. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Macz Funeral Home in Patoka, Illinois.
She is survived by two sons,Samuel Deneen Bopp (Denise) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Jacky Ronald Bopp (Marilyn) of Cumming, Georgia; one step-daughter, Shellie Hilton of Sandoval, Illinois; eight grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Lee Cox; one son, Jerry Ray Bopp; one step-son, Steve Cox; two brothers, Howard Perrine and Luther E. Perrine and two grandchildren, Chris Cox and Aaron Cox.
Pallbearers will be family members.
