Nicholas Edward Stonkus, 38, of Dyersburg, Tennessee passed away on Friday, September 27, 2019, at his residence in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Born Monday, May 4, 1981 in Rittman, Ohio. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend. Mr. Stonkus was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman. His joy in life was spending time with his family and friends and he absoulutely loved to cook.
Funeral services for Mr. Stonkus will be held on Monday, September 30, 2019 at 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Mr. Andy Tate. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Danielle R. Blankenship Stonkus of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one daughter, Gabriella Stonkus of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one son, Nickolas Blankenship of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his parents, James and Kay Weber Stonkus of Barberton, Ohio; his grand-father, Edward Weber of Wadsworth, Ohio: one brother, Keith Stonkus (Toni) of Green, Ohio; sister-in-law, Courtney Newman (Brad) of Clayton, North Carolina; nieces and nephews, Shaylyn Stonkus, Ciera Stonkus, Penelope Stonkus, Xander Stonkus, Aubrey Newman and Clayton Newman and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Janette Weber.
