Michael Hicks

Michael C. Hicks, 57 of Tiptonville, Tennessee died on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Thursday, August 18, 1960 in Tiptonville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late William Elzie Hicks and the late Lois Hooten Hicks.

Funeral services for Mr. Hicks will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, June 8, 2018 at the Lakeview Baptist Church in Tiptonville, Tennessee. Officiating this service will be Bro. Clayton Mahan and Bro. Chuck Brown. Interment will follow in Lake Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Lakeview Baptist Church.

He is survived by two sons, William Michael Hicks of Brownsville, Tennessee and Anthony Clay Hicks of Tiptonville, Tennessee; two daughters, Cassie Hicks and Trisha Neshey Hicks both of Tiptonville, Tennessee; one brother, Tommy Hicks (Lisa) of Hornbeak, Tennessee; one sister, Sheila Salmon (David) of Tiptonville, Tennessee and two grand -children, Rico Hicks and Nevaeh Hicks.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Misty Dawn Hicks and one sister, Barbara Van Trump.

Pallbearers will be Mitch Hicks, Derek Hicks, Anthony Hicks, Dewayne Haggard, Claude Salmon, Tommy Hicks and Mikie Hicks. Honorary pallbearers will be Ken Burkett and Chris Salmon.
