Matilda Ann Chavis , 59 of Bentonville, Arkansas died on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at Tennova Healthcare-Dyersburg Regional in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Born Wednesday, October 8, 1958 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Robert Lunsford and the late Nora Eileen Brown Lunsford. Mrs. Chavis a care-giver and home-maker.
Cremation services for Mrs. Chavis is under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
She is survived by one son, Jimmy Joe Lunsford (Tina) of Garfield, Arkansas; one daughter, Khristal Lunsford of Bentonville, Arkansas; three brothers, Robert Charlie Lunsford of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Phillip Ray Lunsford of Risen, Arkansas and Garland C. Ricks of Ocala, Florida; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was pre-ceded in death by two brothers, Edward Lunsford and James Lunsford and several sisters.
