Mary Helen Cloar, 82, of Hornbeak, Tennessee died on Friday, October 18, 2019, at Oakwood Community Living Center in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Born Tuesday, September 28, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Jake Ballard and the late Eunice Lee Webb Ballard. Mrs. Cloar was a home-maker.
Graveside services for Mrs. Cloar will be 1:30 P.M. on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Hornbeak Cemetery in Hornbeak, Tennessee. Officiating this service will be Rev. Perry Grills. Visitation will be Monday from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
She is survived by two daughters, Melinda Watts and Melody Alford both of Newbern, Tennessee; one brother, Ray Ballard of Atoka, Tennessee; one sister, Ruth Long of Finley, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Megan Beasley (Michael), Jonathan Watts (Hillary), Justin Watts (Candace) and Brandon Alford and two great-grandchildren, Chloe Watts and Jon Morgan Watts.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Fred Ballard and Raymond Ballard.
Pallbearers will be Jonathan Watts, Justin Watts, Brandon Alford, Michael Beasley, Anthony White and Cass Ballard.
