Henry Wayne Lemons

Henry Wayne Lemons, 78, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at his residence in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Wednesday, August 21, 1940 in Dyer County, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Patrick Louis Lemons and the late Ruby Nell McCord Lemons.

Mr. Lemons was a retired heavy equipment operator for Waterland Trucking Company.

Graveside services for Mr. Lemons will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, June 28, 2019 at Rehoboth Cemetery. Officiating this service will be Bishop Brent Jensen. Family and friends are asked to gather of the cemetery.

He is survived by one son, Steven Wayne Lemons of Newbern, Tennessee; one daughter, Daffney Lynn Gibbons of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one sister, Lela Hartsfield of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two brothers, Rickey Joe Lemons of Newbern, Tennessee and Roger Lemons and six grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Grimes Lemons.
