Denise Ann Meyer Obituary

Denise Ann Meyer, 61 of Warrior, Alabama, formerly of Newbern, Tennessee, died on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at her residence in Warrior, Alabama.

Born on July 4, 1957 in Shawnee Mission, Kansas, she was the daughter of the late Billy Pruessner and the late Doris Pruessner. Mrs. Meyer was a retired licensed practical nurse.

A celebration of life service for Mrs. Meyer will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 25, 2018 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Ms. Robin Simpson. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 25, 2018 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, David Meyer of Warrior, Alabama; one son, Ryan Meyer (Ashley) of Collierville, Tennessee; one daughter, Kelly McCallum (Troy) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one brother, Randall Pruessner (Nancy) of Lenexa, Kansas; one sister, Debby Pruessner of Shawnee, Kansas; seven grandchildren, Hadley Meyer, Keegan Meyer, Addison Griffin, Braxton Griffin, Edie Conrad, Jeremy McCallum and Brianna McCallum and one great-grandchild, Bentley Conrad.

The family ask that any memorial contributions should be directed to LeBonheur Children's Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box # 41817, Memphis, Tennessee 38174-1817.
