Charles Burton Bryant, 93 of Camden, Tennessee died on Monday, February 5, 2018, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.
Born Saturday, June 21, 1924 in Newbern, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Ruben Bryant and the late Minnie Rogers Bryant. He was a master plumber and owner of Bryant's Plumbing & Heating. Mr. Bryant was a member of the Cedar Grove United Methodist Church, member of the Horn Lake Mississippi Masonic Lodge and proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War.
Memorial services for Mr. Bryant will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the Cedar Grove United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred Geraldine Bryant of Camden, Tennessee; three daughters, Jawan Foster of Memphis, Tennessee Tamba Vandevander of Camden, Tennessee and Zander Sparks (Ronnie) of Coldwater, Mississippi and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Frances Jewell Bryant, two sisters, Dora Dean Bryant and Jane Bledsoe and two brothers, Dr. William Bryant and Dr. Joe Frank Bryant.
