Carlos Gabel

Carlos Gene Gabel, 69, of Kenton, Tennessee died on Thursday, February 14, 2019, at his residence in Kenton,Tennessee.

Born Thursday, March 24, 1949, in Dyer, Tennessee. He was the son of the late Benton Lee Gabel and the late Lou Nell Glidewell Gabel.

He was a retired truck driver for Mason Hall Grain Company in Mason Hall Tennessee.

Visitation for Mr. Gabel will be Sunday from 12:30 PM until 2:30 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Yorkville Cemetery. Officiating this service will be Rev. Billy Criswell.

He is survived by four daughters, Kayla Ann Gabel of Martin, Tennessee, Jennifer Gene Gabel of Kenton, Tennessee, Heather Rene Shepherd (Charles) of North Carolina, and Jessica Rene Garner (Skyler Lee) of Kenton, Tennessee; one brother, Charles Gabel, Sr. and seven grandchildren, Kristopher La'trel Hussey, Kolton Lee Van Buren Garner, Konner Lynn-Gabel Garner, Zaiden Tera Shepherd, Ellie Ann Shepherd, Jacob Gene Shepherd and Gabriella Jolene Nicole Shepherd.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Teresa Ann Riley Gabel; one brother Billy Roy Gabel and one grandchild, C.J. Reid Shepherd.

Pallbearers will be Skyler Garner, Lee Simmons, Robert Galloway, Austin Little, Jay Woods, Ryan McMackin, Shawn Hugueley and Kristopher Hussey.
