Billy Don Ennis, 66, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Thursday, April 5, 2018, at Tennova Healthcare-Dyersburg Regional in Dyersburg, Tennessee

Born Thursday, January 3, 1952, in Dyersburg, Tennessee. He was the son of the late Claude Ennis and the late Annie Rebecca Howell Ennis. He was a retired employee for Sara Lee.

Graveside services for Mr. Ennis will be 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Church Grove Cemetery in Newbern, Tennessee. Officiating this service will be Mr. Patrick Williams. Visitation will be Sunday, April 8, 2018, from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home in Newbern, Tennessee.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy Mae Tilley Ennis of Dyersburg, Tennessee; three sons, Danny Dorse, Johnathan Dorse and Phillip Dorse all of Dyersburg, Tennessee; twelve grandchildren, LeJayda Dorse, Karlee Dorse, Kade Dorse, Madyln Dorse, Kayla Dorse, Riley Dorse, Jacob Dorse, Lane Dorse, Logan Dorse, Kylee Dorse, Katelyn Dorse and Brantlee Dorse; three great-grandchildren, Hunter Wilson, Caleb Wilson and Elaina Noel; two sister-in-laws, Dorothy Branch (Junior) and Gloria Cooper (Phil); twobrother-in-laws, Timothy Tilley and Otha Wayne Tilley and his beloved dog and companion, Scooter.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Donna Sisk and Peggy Robbins; two brothers, Bobby Gene Ennis and James Ennis and one brother-in-law, Roger Tilley.

Pallbearers will be John Ketchum, James Sisk, Phillip Dorse, Danny Dorse, Timothy Tilley and Robert Robbins. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Beasley and Jessie Branch.
