Amy Rachel Plascencia Obituary

Amy Rachel Plascencia, infant daughter of Jose Plascencia Martinez and Raquel Aviles Hernandez, died Thursday at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

Graveside services for Amy Rachel Plascencia will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Yorkville Cemetery. Officiating this service Father Francisco Franquize. Family and friends are asked to gather at the cemetery.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her grandparents, Maria Hernandez, Sigfredo Aviles, Teodora Martinez and Jose Plascencia.
