Alma Marshall, 85 of Trimble, Tennessee died on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.
Born Tuesday, November 28, 1933 in Dyer County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late John Wesley Bradford and the late Emma Pearl Albritton Bradford. Mrs. Marshall was a home-maker and retired factory employee. She was a member of the Trimble First Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years.
Funeral services for Mrs. Marshall will be 11:00 AM on Monday, April 22, 2019 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams. Officiating this service will be Rev. Rick Isbell. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Newbern, Tennessee. Visitation will be Sunday, April 21, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
She is survived by two sons, Danny Marshall of Trimble, Tennessee and Tim Marshall (Rose) of Mason Hall, Tennessee; five grandchildren, Chuck Marshall, Chandra Marshall, Crystal Culver (Ben), Jessica Carroll (Chris) and David Carroll; one step-grand-daughter, Karla Boucher (Gary); seven great-grandchildren, Reagan, Daniel, Catlin, Laura Lee, Darren, Debra and Shelby; one step-great-grandchild, Dylan and one great-great-grandchild, Emily Marie.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Darnell Marshall; six brothers, Alton Bradford, Milton Bradford, Tommy Bradford, Jessie Bradford, Charles Bradford and Marvin Bradford and three sisters, Golden Scobey, Christine Dunahoo and Sylvia Faye Bradford.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Ring, David Ring, Jonathan Bradford, Daniel Bradford, Zach Bradford, Jessie Bradford, Jake Bradford and Kyle Lippard.
The family ask that memorial contributions be directed to Trimble First Baptist Church, 139 East Mitchell Street, Trimble, Tennessee 38259.
