Aaron Allen Killough, 65, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, at his residence in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Born Friday, October 4, 1954 in Myrtle, Mississippi, he was the son of the late Wallace Killough and the late Christine Hogue Killough. Mr. Killough was a retired employee of Dyersburg Fabrics, member of Dyersburg First Assembly of God Church and avid fisherman. He was known for his visits to the nursing homes and to people who were sick. He was a passionate participant in the Dyer County Jail Ministry and was a former board member of the Newbern First Assembly of God Church.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1:30 PM on Sunday, December 1, 2019 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Rev. Ronnie Sanders. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Sunday from 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Philip Hutcheson (Misty) of Newbern, Tennessee; three daughters, Erin Alison Hollingsworth (Scott) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Pamela Carol Hutcheson of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Amy Elizabeth Wooley (Mark) of Henderson, Tennessee; a son by choice, Kevin Mitchem of Dyersburg, Tennessee and eight grandchildren Katelyn Wooley Caughron (Taylor), Aly Brooke Hollingsworth, Gregory Wooley, Chance Hutcheson (Rachel), Madison Claire Hollingsworth, Christian Hutcheson, Slade Davis and Ansley Hollingsworth.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Vernon Killough; three brothers, Hayes Killough, Coy Killough and James Killough and one sister, Hazel Gordon.
