Ronald Carl Ecklund Obituary

Ronald Carl Ecklund, 84, of Newbern, Tennessee, died on Friday, April 19, 2024, at AHC of Dyersburg in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Monday, December 11, 1939, in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of the late Carl A. Ecklund and the late Natalie Schlapa Ecklund. Mr. Ecklund was the former owner of the Wood Floor Store.

Cremation services for Mr. Ecklund are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home,

He leaves to cherish his memory, two sons, Richard G. Ecklund of Newbern, Tennessee and Ronald Thomas Ecklund of Newbern, Tennessee; three grandchildren, Ronald Justin Ecklund, Bradley Peter Ecklund and Tiffany Ecklund and two great grandchildren, Harlan and Raven.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Julie Ann Smith.
